I'll be honest with you - I wasn't broke when I started this.

I was a newly single mother, with a toddler on my hip back living with my parents.

Asking myself "What am I going to do?"

I decided I was going to get into real estate, and not just become a realtor but REALLY make money with it.

My parents, and everyone told me I was crazy, in over my head & to settle for a "good job" that "pays well".

But I wanted more. I wanted freedom, I wanted a life that depended on me, not a paycheck from someone else.

That's not wealth. That's a high-paying job. And there's a BIG difference.

Everything could disappear with one bad year, or an accident, or financial crash, we saw it in 2008 where so many people lost everything...

And I know i'm not the only one who can see that our economy is only getting worse, it's getting harder and harder to build a successful business like so many people set out to do.

So I started looking at real estate.

But like you, I didn't have time for the traditional route - managing tenants, dealing with repairs all alone, taking on heavy debt, spending weekends driving neighborhoods.

I had too much going on, my family, my daughter, divorce.

So I went out & put signs up on the side of the road, made a few offers with no real clue what the heck I was doing & I made 6-figures in just a couple months.

I kept doing that, and started other forms of real estate investing and I just kept growing and growing

But I found a repeatable process that took a few hours a week - and once a deal was done, it paid me either every single month for the next 30 years or a giant lump sum all at once.

After my first deal I was hooked.

Not because I needed the money.

But because for the first time, I had income that I earned all on my own working for myself.

I went on to teach 1000's of people, speak on stages across the country & become friends with some of the largest names in the investing & entrepreneurial world!

Here's what I want you to understand:

You've already done the hard part.

You've realized you MUST do something now, you have to start or things will never change in your life.

You'll work until your 70, retire with $1M-$2M - which sounds like a lot but its not. Thats got to last for you & your family for 15 ish more years (if you make it that long)
